Gypsum board partition for quality control room

1. Soap making factory, plastic bag manufacturers, plastic containers factory and precision mould manufacturer have used gypsum board partition for their quality control room.

2. The photos in this post were from a plastic product factory where gypsum board was used for its quality control room. There were many sub rooms inside the large room.

3. Hygiene was very important feature / practice here. Anybody who went into the room had to cover his hair. Room's door had to be always closed.

4. Certain factories even require the wearing of plastic bag type of shoes to enter the room ; for this, there is a room for changing to meet that respective manufacturing or industry standard or practice.

5. Some people call this type of room environmental room. To us, it is another partition room which we install as per the material specification of the customer.

Tempered glass door and fixed panel with "sandblast" film

For privacy, some premise owner would put up "sandblast" or obscure film on the tempered glass fixed panel on their shop front but with some spacing pattern for some visibility.

The disadvantage of putting up full height "sandblast" film on the tempered glass fixed panel is the obscure view caused to both the people inside and outside the premise.

The new trend of getting privacy from tempered glass fixed panel in the shop front is installing it with roller blind. It is very modern looking which also gives some touch of design to it.

The major plus point one enjoys from having the roller blinds for the tempered glass fixed panel is it's flexibility of use.

Tempered glass partition - Showroom and showcase

Tempered glass on U-channel ( frame less fixed glass panel ) is the ideal choice for the premise / shop front of a showroom.

After all, a showroom is to showcase what it is selling !!!

And what can be a better showcase than one that is of full height and frame less ???

Tempered glass door and frameless fixed panel - Shop front

Having fixed glass panel ( frame less or with aluminium frame ) at the front of the shop / premise serve as showcase besides giving brightness to the interior.

Roller shutter is installed as additional security measure besides serving as the "iron" curtain during the off-business hour. For design purpose, there are colourful and fashionable type of roller shutter to choose from the market.

Tempered glass - Double protection !!

Putting up stainless steel rails before the fixed tempered glass panel is a good safety measure if there are many people ( children included ) moving in and out from that area.

There had been cases of glass got broken because people " walked through it ".

That is why it is a good idea to stick some signs, words or pictures on the glass ( even if it is tinted ) in public area so that people are reminded that there is glass " in front ". But what is at the eye level of the adult is not so to the children !!

Something for deliberation (8)

Just know how to do the job doesn't get the job done !!!
It definitely takes more than just the installer or fabricator to have
the aluminium / glass window and door up for your house.

There are some work that can be seen , some not seen but necessary.
There are more than one player involved in getting the job done ;
there are few stages involved before the job can be delivered, become tangible.

Planning, co-ordination and managing are the invisible parts of the job necessary for the tangible result.
We believe that THIS ONE PART of the job will determine how THE OTHER PART of the job is going to be / will turn out !!!
